This is my last comment on this pos...MUST READ!!!!

This is my last comment on this post...

Brian Steffen, a Simpson College communications professor, said "Hillary Clinton spoke to the reality of politics as opposed to Bernie Sanders’' ideal. Her positions are much more the 'art of the possible' than Bernie Sanders when he calls for universal health care, free college tuition and an end to corporate money in politics. Most Democrats, at heart, believe in the Sanders message, but they don’t think it can pass A Republican Congress. Clinton is counting on their pragmatism."

Now think about that. Because what it means is, no matter WHO might become the next Democratic president (Sanders or Clinton), neither one of their plans will work with a Republican congress. But get this...

Last night Hillary had said, "Even during the Affordable Care Act debate, there was an opportunity to vote for what was called the public option. In other words, people could buy in to Medicare, and even when the Democrats were in charge of the Congress, we couldn't get the votes for that."

Did you get that?

But not only that, we've also had Democrats who voted against raising the minimum wage — and who are for weakening Dodd-Frank — and who are for the TPP trade agreement — and who are for using chained-CPI to reduce COLAs for those on Social Security. Democrats controlled both chambers of Congress in 2009 and 2010, but yet they barely passed Obamacare. And they never even tried to reform the tax code either — but instead, they actually renewed the Bush tax cuts for 2 more years!

So either way, with Democrats or Republicans in Congress, average American workers are still going get screwed. The only difference is, with Bernie, he will do all that he can see that doesn't happen.

Hillary (like Obama) will just "compromise" to only screw us a little less than a Republican president would.Bud Meyershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02065020063363023395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7895164153505105997.post-83380955681015317832016-01-18T16:16:55.825-08:002016-01-18T16:16:55.825-08:00If you can believe them, the other corporate-spons...If you can believe them, the other corporate-sponsored polls that combine all the latest polls are here:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/2016_democratic_presidential_nomination-3824.html

http://elections.huffingtonpost.com/pollster/2016-national-democratic-primaryBud Meyershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02065020063363023395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7895164153505105997.post-12029490720728162232016-01-18T16:16:34.645-08:002016-01-18T16:16:34.645-08:00The Iowa CNN Poll of Polls
