Voters prefer Republican budget ideas, but dislike GOP

Voters to NOT prefer Republican budget ideas, but they do dislike the GOP. There are different ways that pollsters can ask questions to get their desired results.

For example: the GOP always says "raise taxes" --- not "raise taxes on the ultra-rich". They never make the distinction when generally referring to taxation, but infers that EVERYONE will pay more in taxes. So whenever asked in polls, "should we raise taxes", most people would say "no" because they can barely survive on what they presently earn and pay in taxes.

But if you asked them "Would you raise taxes on the very rich and make large corporations pay their fair share by eliminating unfair tax loopholes and taxpayer subsidies, over 75% say "yes!".

Today Fox News reverberated a claim that was posted at the website Daily Caller, saying "55 percent of likely voters said they would prefer a plan that does not raise taxes, cuts $5 trillion and balances the budget --- which reflects the path Republican House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan has offered."

The website Daily Caller was co-founded in 2010 by Neil Patel, a former chief policy advisor to Vice President Dick Cheney.

The Daily Caller was referencing a report by the website The Hill that is titled "Voters prefer Republican budget ideas, but dislike GOP" --- Here is the actual poll numbers that The Hill used from Pulse Opinion Research that supposedly polled 1,000 "likely voters" on March 14, 2013.

Pulse Opinion Research claims to be bipartisan and says they have done polls since 2003, but their website wasn't registered until 2006 (And just like the Daily Caller's website, Pulse Opinion Research is also registered through GoDaddy.com and shares the same domain contact information:
