14 Bernie Sanders Campaign Songs

* These are my favorite 14 Bernie songs so far (in no particular order) in various genres — from folk, bluegrass, rock, pop, punk, techno and hip-hop.     Politics isn’t presidential candidate Bernie Sanders’ only passion. In 1978, he recorded a folk album with 30 other Vermont artists. The six track album is titled "We Shall Overcome" and was recorded in-studio almost 30 years ago in Vermont. If you’re interested in hearing some of the tracks, or even purchasing the album, it is available on Amazon here for just a few dollars.

      Bernie Sanders' merchandise is attracting more sales than Hillary Clinton's:

      According to online merchandise retailer CafePress, more people are buying Bernie Sanders shirts and merchandise than Hillary Clinton gear. The website tracks merchandise sales of souvenirs for the 2016 presidential race. The retailer says they have to date sold 19,132 Sanders products and 17,276 Clinton products in their online store. The site has correctly predicted the past three presidential races based on their online sales data.

    As of October 10, 2015: A straw poll of tens of thousands of Democrats.com subscribers shows Bernie Sanders well ahead of his opponents. The poll shows that 50 percent of respondents support Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nomination, while just 21 per cent say they support Hillary Clinton.
