New CNN/ORC poll released January 21, 2016
Among likely Democratic caucus goers in Iowa, Bernie Sanders now leads Hillary Clinton by 8 points. And Democratic caucus-goers said they trust the Vermont senator over Clinton on the economy by 22 points. And 67% said they thought he would do more to help the middle class (as opposed to only 30% who felt that way about Clinton).

Then he goes on to praise Hillary and concludes ...
"Now that I think Bernie Sanders has a chance to win the nomination, I’m going to push him (even if he is an old white guy) because he’s got a winning message, strong progressive values; and is most likely to ignite the Democratic activist base."

This morning New Hampshire Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen, a big supporter of Hillary Clinton, was interviewed on MSNBC and asked if it was a mistake for Clinton to be taking those speaking fees from the big banks. Shaheen's response was, "That was all in the past, just like Bernie's socialism was in the past."
